GST billing that follows the sale

Search by brand, salt name, or a symptom word, then bill the batch that is actually on the shelf. The invoice and the stock move together. GST, profit, and sales reports export to PDF or Excel, so the month-end file is a report rather than a fresh spreadsheet.

Schedule H register and printable bills

The report set includes a Schedule H register alongside GST and sales reports. Bills are printable from the counter. The pharmacy, not the software, remains responsible for prescriptions, counselling, and the register rules that apply to that shop.

Offline billing at peak hour

For medicines already in your stock, the counter keeps billing with no signal. Bills save on the device and sync when the internet returns. The same sale is not counted twice.

WhatsApp bill sharing

Refill notes and the bill can be shared from your own WhatsApp on every plan. Customer greetings and reminders are on Advance and Pro.

Billing questions

Yes. Counter billing produces GST-aware invoices, and the report set includes GST output you can export to PDF or Excel. The bill uses the stock batch you sell, so the invoice and the shelf stay in step.
Yes for medicines you already have in stock. Bills are saved on the device and sync when the connection returns, without double-counting the sale.
AushadiPro includes a Schedule H register among its pharmacy reports, along with sales and GST reports. The pharmacy remains responsible for dispensing decisions and for checking that the register matches the law that applies to the shop.
